Not only have we had experience working with estate, letting and managing agents, we’ve had 8 years working for one as well. We’ve also worked with landlords with big portfolios, university accommodation offices and even councils. 

 

We completely understand that with the increasing responsibility and extra reports/certificates needed, it’s vital that you can rely on who you refer your work to.

 

We aim to contact all referrals within 24 hours of receiving them and will look to book the appointments as quickly as the occupier/key holder can do. If we’re collecting keys from you, we’ll always aim to do this the next time we’re in your area which is normally within the next few days / working week. 

 

EPCs will always be lodged and e-mailed to you the same day which they go ahead. 

 

We understand that each company may have slightly different ways they like to do things and we can look to tailor our service to suit you specifically.
