Our fees are competitive and will depend on size, location and sometimes availability. Payment couldn’t be easier, as you’re welcome to pay by cash or cheque on the day, or online via invoice. We can offer discounts for bulk or regular orders.
We are fast and flexible so we can book appointments within 24 hours or for 6 months time. We can arrange access to your property with tenants or managing agents when required, all at no extra cost.
All EPCs are available the same day which your appointment goes ahead, as standard.
We are based in Chelmsford and cover all CM and SS postcodes, as well as Romford, Colchester and Tiptree. We will always aim to be as flexible as possible. Please note that we’re regulated and audited frequently to ensure we are producing accurate and fair certificates.
There may be times where something is present but not visible, therefore we will require documentation to include on the certificate for you.
For example, if you’ve had a loft conversion over the last few years, the ceilings will be packed with insulation but there might not be any access, However, if you have the plans / letter from your council, we can use this instead.
Another example is that perhaps you’ve had your joists insulated in your loft, but they’ve since been boarded and the insulation is not visible. We would therefore need to see a letter / certificate from when this work was completed.
